All coral and other livestock are strictly non-returnable and cash refunds are not granted. In the event a animal has died in shipment please see our DOA policy below.
While we do our best to ensure that every item makes it to you alive and healthy, sometimes a item does not make it. Please provide photographs of any coral, fish, or invert that’s  dead on arrival and we will issue you a credit for the cost of item. Include clear photos of the item  sealed in the bag or coral container with original water, and a photo of any damage to the shipping box (if applicable). Please also provide us with any information you find would be helpful (water temp, leaky bags, etc). This helps us troubleshoot what went wrong and helps us to further improve our shipping methods in the future. You must make contact with us within 2 hours of delivery, we ship priority overnight and we do not assume liability for animals left in the box all day
Only credit for the dead item is available, we will not ship a replacemet. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless damage was caused by the shipping company. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS with SHIPPING DUE TO WEATHER OR MECHANICAL FAILURE.. THIS WILL VOID OUR DOA POLICY
Even though our DOA policy only provides a 2 hour window for the item in question we stand behind our products if a animal has arrived sick or unhealthy, immediately take pictures and contact us. If the animal recovers, great! If it does not, we will work with you to make it right.

Special Order Items and large aquariums 

All Special order items and non stocked aquariums have a no return or refund policy! Unless damaged or broken at time of receiving the item. In the rare case there is a refund there will be a 50% restocking fee
